Skype Candidate Interviews

At COREcruitment we always try to keep ahead of the competition. That’s why we now offer our all candidates the option to be interviewed via Skype.

Using Skype has several advantages for clients. It is beneficial for international recruitment, reducing the costs and time involved in flying candidates to / for an interview. It also reduces the recruitment process time generally and allows for more affective screening of candidates.

Skype / web interviews are perhaps more akin to telephone interviews than anything else: it will never replace the standard face-to-face interview for us. However, it does give us a stronger sense of what a candidate is like, and if they are suitable for your company much earlier on in the recruitment process.

Quite simply, it means more opportunities and less cost / time wasted for everyone involved.
