Area Manager – Foodie Independent Feeling Pub Company – £50k + Bonuses
A unique restaurant and gastro pub company are looking for a new area manager to join their expanding and developing gastro pub company.
This role will require the management if 10 businesses with turnovers of between £30k and £60k per week. Each with a great food offering and fabulous selection of wines and ales!
The ideal Area Manager- will have experience of managing restaurants or fresh food gastro concepts in London, preferably within a small or independent restaurant company.
You must be able to manage a high volume business, whilst keeping cool, calm and professional and not scupper on having an eye for details – but have a friendly approach to your management style.
History of managing profit and loss accounts is essential.
This is a small company, who already has a number of well performing businesses in London. This project is one of a few openings scheduled for the future. This is a great opportunity for a General Manager who wants to be involved with expanding concept.
