Procurement Manager- Catering company- London
This is an exciting role to head up procurement in the UK!
Your role would be to ensure product quality and availability by managing the supply chain and its suppliers keeping product files and supply chain information up to date. Ensuring suppliers are meeting all legislative technical requirements and are visited / audited regularly.
To develop and maintain technical and specification data for all product and ingredients ensuring that menu’s are engineered to deliver cost benefit to the business and incremental sales at key times throughout the fiscal year.
To ensure cost of goods and retrospective income is managed, the benefit of both delivered to the management accounts & stores.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role in similar sector.
