Sales and Marketing Coordinator – Live Music Venue-London
Location: London
Salary: £22,000
This is fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join a popular venue in London, which has recently undergone a £500,000 refurbishment .
This is a great place to watch live sports on the big screens, book an event or to enjoy a great night out.
As Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will have responsibility for:
Assisting the Regional Sales Manager and General Manager in reaching sales targets for the venue
Handling enquiries via telephone, email, website or 3rd party promoters
Conducting show around with clients and produce quotes and contracts
Converting leads into confirmed bookings
Utilising key dates to maximise sales
To keep an up to date database
Candidates will need to have:
Strong organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
Have a good knowledge of the market and, requirements for the corporate sector
Be proactive – cold calling, networking and emailing
Be flexible to your working hours – usually 10am – 7pm, but flexible to attend events
