Business Development Manager for 5* Resort & Spa
Based in London or at the Resort in Cyprus
Must understand the 4*L or 5* culture
Internationale leisure clientele
Must have a strong understanding of OTA
Travelling involved across Europe
New position created to support the growth of the business.
As Business Development Manager you will drive and develop new and existing business for the Resort & Spa in order to maximize revenues, build recognition and create long lasting professional partnership.
- Proven track record within a pro-active sales environment
- Understanding of the Leisure Market
- Understanding of all-inclusive resort; spa retreat packages; luxury wedding packages, etc...
- Ability to build strong rapport with client and adapt to changes quickly
- Energetic, passionate and unpretentious individual who likes to think outside the box
- Functions best in a fast-paced environment, like challenges and gets stuff done
- Ability to connect with people and bring relations and work to the next level
- Personality: fun to be around, good manners, genuine, smart, professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient in using Microsoft office and computer applications
- Hardworking, self-motivated and prepared to take a hands-on role;
- Attention to details
Work Related Experience
- Minimum 3 years within Sales in the Hotel / Hospitality or Leisure Travel industry market.
- Proven record of successful business development and sales increase
- Computer literate with experience of working with Excel, Word and Hospitality Systems
