  • Reports into the Hotel Executive Chef
  • Oversees the large banquet program
  • Works with union staff
  • Responsible to executing large events

  • Strong leader that enjoys motivating and leading teams
  • Large banquet experience
  • Experience in a scratch kitchen
  • Financially savvy
  • Experienced with menu development
  • Passionate about quality food
  • Has a high-volume and fine dining background
  • Demonstrates career progression
  • Proven career stability
  • Must have worked in luxury / 5 start hotel
