The Executive Sous Chef – Banquet Position
- Reports into the Hotel Executive Chef
- Oversees the large banquet program
- Works with union staff
- Responsible to executing large events
The Ideal Executive Sous Chef Candidate -
- Strong leader that enjoys motivating and leading teams
- Large banquet experience
- Experience in a scratch kitchen
- Financially savvy
- Experienced with menu development
- Passionate about quality food
- Has a high-volume and fine dining background
- Demonstrates career progression
- Proven career stability
- Must have worked in luxury / 5 start hotel
