Arnaud Cottier

Short bio:  I am both the storm and the calm after it.

Long bio: 

I am the Marketing and Communications Manager and have been in this role since 2019.

My career in recruitment started working in the admin team, learning all the jargon, sectors and perfected my organisational skills. 

After gaining the necessary knowledge and confidence, I slowly became a recruiter, position I loved and enjoyed for about 8 years looking after different desks, from food retail to restaurants and bars, but also international recruitment (Middle East). 

In 2019, I was offered to take over the marketing seat. My acquired knowledge throughout the years allowed me to better showcase our company and services but also communicate with our expanding community of professionals throughout the service industry.

What do you enjoy most?

Learning and discovering. Working and interacting with people across the globe gives me an opportunity to know more about cultures and traditions. Travelling also enables me to broaden my knowledge of another passion of mine, foods and wines. Lego sets are one of my childhood passions I kept as an adult...

What did you want to be when you were younger?

Like many other kids, my future jobs would range from becoming a Surgeon, a Firefighter or a Chef… I always liked organising events at home and inviting the entire family for dinners and gatherings; this, obviously lead me into studying Hospitality and Catering.

What do you do when you're not at work?

Probably travelling somewhere in Europe, spending time with my relatives/friends or at an exhibition… London has so much to offer, I never run out of ideas!
