Ashley White

Recruitment and relationship building has been an ever-burning fire lit inside of me. From a young age I was always making new friends and introducing folks to each other. My love for meeting new people mixed with the gift of gab has helped me develop the foundation to be an authentic and passionate recruiter. Growing up in a tourist town, I started working in hospitality at 14 as a serving assistant at Denny’s (I still have dreams about pancakes and maple syrup mess all over the floor). Throughout the years I’ve worked in a variety of positions in restaurants and events. 

 

With 4 years recruitment experience &  over 16 years in hospitality, I am excited to integrate both passions. 

 

My area of expertise is restaurants management for the North America's East Coast. 

What do you do when you're not at work?

Concerts & festivals, beaching, f45 and planning my next travel adventure!

What did you want to be when you were younger?

An engineer – yet anything other than basic math wasn’t my strong suit. That dream was quickly forgotten about

What do you enjoy most?

Travelling and new experiences! I’m a true free spirt! Im also a self-proclaimed foodie with an ongoing list of restaurants and treats to try 😊
