Becky Ferguson

For most of my working life I’ve been in hospitality, having been in almost every role at casual pubs to fine-dining establishments and tourism. 

 

After COVID hit I transitioned to the world of recruitment; a good step for me at the time, but the sector wasn’t where I wanted to be. 

 

Finding CORE was such an exciting opportunity for me to incorporate my love of hospitality with my prior recruitment experience and I’m so thrilled to be working with this well-established team!  

What do you do when you are not at work?

I love cooking and all things wine, and can usually be found on a mountain rain, shine or snow.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

An Olympic Show-Jumping Equestrian (I still hold out hope)

What do you enjoy most?

Talking to people and establishing relationships with them.
