I work with a variety of clients across the UK, from single fixed sites, gastros and restaurants to fine dining establishments with Michelin stars plus hotels. My roles vary from Sous Chefs, Executive Chefs and Food Directors. I also recruit for the Food Manufacture Industry including Development Chefs and Technologists.
Every day is different whilst guiding and advising talented chefs in stages throughout their career.
