Nastasija Tepsic

I began my recruiting career in 2022 after completing the HR Certificate program in Vancouver. In my previous role, I recruited for the light industrial and skilled trades division, and although the industry was different, I gained some valuable skills and learned so much about recruiting.

 

As someone who enjoys traveling and trying out different restaurants, I am confident that recruiting in hospitality will be something I truly enjoy!

What do you enjoy most?

My favorite aspect of recruiting is placing people in jobs that are perfect for them and seeing our clients happy.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

I wanted to be an actress.

What do you do when you're not at work?

I'm either reading a book, going for long walks with my husband, or having some drinks with friends 😊
