I’ve always loved working with people, having run restaurants for almost 10 years all over the country - and now settled in London! I took on recruitment for a new challenge, and completely changed sectors! I now head up Food Service Recruitment where I recruit for everything from mid-level management to Executive and Director level within B&I, Commercial Venue, Education, MOD, and Healthcare working with big players as well as small bespoke caterers.
