I am a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality, retail and SaaS sector, having managed large teams and complex operations across diverse environments. I have served various roles in strategic operations, business development, and team leadership.
What motivates you in your work and what do you find most fulfilling about being a business leader?
I am motivated by the challenge of transforming operational processes and driving growth. Leading a team to achieve shared goals and witnessing their professional growth is incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about creating environments where individuals feel empowered and inclusive.
How did you develop your leadership skills and how would you define your leadership style?
My leadership skills have been polished through years of hands-on experience in dynamic environments. I have taken part in various leadership training programs and actively sought mentorship from industry leaders. I define my leadership style as collaborative and Servant.

One of my most significant achievements was leading a major operational overhaul that resulted in a 25% increase in efficiency and a 15% boost in customer satisfaction scores. This involved implementing new technologies and refining processes, which greatly enhanced overall performance and set new standards for excellence.
Do you have examples where your leadership made a difference? If so, what were they?

I introduced “Stay Interviews” and by focusing on career growth and creating a supportive environment, I was able to stabilise the team and drive performance improvements, ultimately leading to a more cohesive and productive workforce.
