CORE LGBTQIA+ 2024 - Jacqui Rhule Dagher

Jacqui Rhule-Dagher is a litigation lawyer at Hogan Lovells International LLP. 

She is dedicated to promoting LGBTQIA inclusion and raising awareness surrounding intersectionality. Jacqui sits on the Hogan Lovells UK Pride Network Steering Committee, where she leverages her position as the firm’s only Black out lesbian lawyer to ensure that the firm adopts an intersectional approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 

Jacqui is one of just 16 lawyers from England and Wales to sit on The Law Society’s LGBTQ+ Solicitors Network Steering Committee. 

The committee is responsible for ensuring that LGBTQIA lawyers can thrive within their organisations. 

In April 2023, Jacqui founded Legally Lesbians. 

This initiative involves lesbians in the legal industry/in-house lawyers writing about their careers and reflecting on the importance of lesbian visibility. Impressively, 50 lesbians have taken part in Legally Lesbians. 

In April 2024, Jacqui won the Diversity Champion of the Year Award at the DIVA Awards. 

In May 2024, Jacqui was ranked #2 in the global Empower 100 Future Leaders Role Model list.
