Join us for a very special event in January!

We have been working tirelessly with Ten Health & Fitness to create an unforgettable experience, and we would be thrilled to have you join us.

Ten Health & Fitness offer the most integrated and holistic health and wellbeing service in London.

We will be joined by fantastic women's health speacialist speakers for inspiring talks and insights from menopause to pelvic health, pain management (period pains...).

This will be the perfect occation to talk to specialists, have some of your questions answered and even experience infrared sauna and cryotherapy if you desire!

Don't worry, no gym gear will be necessary 🤸🏻‍♂️
