Here, Richad shares his career journey and experiences across Pubs and Retails. We talk about Harvard, Richard’s advisory role with Pennys, what makes a successful pub business in the currently challenging market and some advice for future business leaders.

RedCat Hospitality, also known as RedCat Pub Company, are a UK-based operator of pubs and inns, focusing on community pubs and accommodation-led venues. Since around 2021, they have expanded through acquisitions and have recently shifted strategy to concentrate on premium inns, exiting their managed pub business. The group operates venues across England, emphasising hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
