Our LGBTQ+ Community Survey

We are launching a simple survey aiming at helping and supporting LGBTQ+ workers and employers across the UK (please feel free to anyone you feel would, be interested).

Connectivity is at the heart of what we do, it gives us a huge opportunity for doing good.

We are using our networks and technology to help the service industry respond and adapt to important social issues and hoping for relevant training and sensitisation within the workplace

1. Have you hidden your sexual orientation or gender identity at least once at work?
2. Have you lied about your sexual orientation or gender identity at work?
3. As an LGBTQ employee, do you believe being “out” could hurt your career?
4. Was being open about your sexual orientation or gender identity the hardest thing you have ever done?
5. Do you fear sexual discrimination?
6. Is your company offering you support?
7. Have you been discriminated on the basis of your sexual orientation or gender identity at work?

Have you witnessed any discrimination against a member of your staff/colleague on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity at work?
