Spotlight on BAME entrepreneurs

We have partnered with Propel to spotlight some of the leading sector individuals from the UK BAME community

Personally, I am really excited about running this series, diversity and inclusion is something that is very close to my heart and the values of others at CORE.

The purpose of running this interview series is really about increasing visibility of leaders from diverse backgrounds and hearing about their stories.

If you can’t see it, you can’t be it! I am very aware that everyone has been through a really challenging time in the last two years and then last thing we want to do is “preach”, but we are asking people to watch some of the interviews and question some of their own unconscious bias. 

I hope you get something from them and as ever. We are far from perfect and would love any input on how we can do better with these in future.
