Chef recruitment: on a positive note…

Over the past few days, we’ve all been glued to our screens to await the latest news and it’s easy to find ourselves without the ability to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

But, like everything in life, this too will pass, but until then we have to look for the pockets of positivity that are popping up around us, for example: Global CO2 emissions have reduced dramatically meaning cleaner air for all, whilst dolphins and swans have been seen enjoying the fresh, clear waters of Venice’s silent canals.

Closer to home, individuals within communities are coming together to help those who are self-quarantined, and people are rallying to support their local restaurants and cafes as they begin to diversify their business to become delivery/takeaway services to avoid full closure.

Here at CORE, we’re our own little community and we’ve found some positives of our own with an increase in chef applications from across the hospitality industry.

And, as they (as well as us!) are being told to stay at home, this means we’re able to fully take our time to speak and screen them in depth so that we are the very best people to represent them when that dream job comes in.

We’ve got the time to talk to every single person who wants our help, whether you’re a Chef looking for a new job, or a business owner seeking some guidance and assistance in how best to recruit a brand-new set of rock stars for your brigade.

COREcruitment will support you every step of the way.
