The Client:
I have teamed up with an exciting Hospitality Group in New York City who have an array of uniqueand vibrant restaurants across the city & the US. Our client is seeking a motivated Floor Manager to join their successful team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the industry, but still has solid management experience leading a large FOH team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in a comparable management role
- Previous establishents have been elevated, upscale, and high volume restaurants
- Proven experience using restaurant management software and POS systems
- An eye for small detail
- Team motivator - someone who comes up with innovated ideas to encourage, mentor, and lead FOH team
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns effectively
