Location: SW London
Salary: £36,000
The Role
My client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to head up the team in this prestigious high-volume CPU based in SW London making over 1500 meals to the B&I industry daily. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for production of all contracts. You will be a key member of the Senior Management team leading a team of 6 and your main responsibility will be to develop the business and drive it forward through excellent food, service, and standards. Key Skills
- CPU or high volume background with a wealth of experience.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the offer
- Extremely passionate about excellent food
- Thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
The Successful Candidate:
- Hands on approach.
- Good communicator
- Knowledge of all health and safety
- Creative and a passion for cooking quality fresh food with consistency.
- Self-motivated and a mentor to the Senior Sous Chef and the rest of the team.
