Sous Chef – High Volume – Scratch Kitchen

Location: Philadelphia

Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 base + benefits

The Sous Chef Role

  • Manage a team up to 30 BOH
  • Recruits, trains and develops team
  • Maintaining high - quality standards
  • Serve Safe Certified
  • P&L accountable for BOH operations
  • Working hands on with the team (not an office position)

The Ideal Sous Chef Candidate

  • Good career stability (no job hopping)
  • Scratch kitchen experience
  • High volume experience ($20million annual sales)
  • Organised and strong leadership skills
  • Worked with reputable brands in the Philadelphia market
