HR Manager

HR Manager – Brewery Brand – London – Up to £50k

MUST be from a hospitality background

My client is one of the most popular beer brands and breweries based in London, available Nationwide. The brewery boasts a fantastic tap room and large brewery operating in London.

They are currently seeking a HR Manager to join the team and support in all aspects of the personnel process. The HR Manager will be instrumental in orchestrating new processes and bringing in structure to the recruitment process. The HR manager will have full involvement in administrative and operational aspects.

The ideal HR Manager will come from a business which has built a HR system from the ground up, along with working in hospitality or drinks businesses.

HR Manager responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the full HR process from start to finish
• Involved in the full recruitment process - from advert to screening and interviewing
• Implement all HR processes in line with guidelines
• Conduct and follow through onboarding, new starter documentation and training on site
• Follow and improve on existing payroll system, supporting finance in all areas of the business
• Continuation of culture, building on the brand and the staff journey
• Implement a structured HR model on site.

The Ideal HR Manager:

• The candidate would have several years in a Senior HR role, preferably within the hospitality or drinks sector
• Must have knowledge of the HR processes, along with understanding of salaried and hourly contracts
• Previous experience implanting a HR system from the ground up
• Experience working with multiple management levels and seniorities
• Proven track record in confident and independent management and self-starting
• Excellent people skills, reporting directly to People Director.
