We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join this premium restaurant in Glasgow.
This is a great opportunity for a talented sous chef to assist leading a team of 10 chefs and a fine dining menu.
This role would suit a sous chef that can bring creativity, section running and quality at high volume to a flagship site, someone from a high volume branded restaurant could work well here. Must be from a premium high volume site and knowledge of Italian food.
