Where do you sign up? Here’s what we’d like from you!

  • To be career driven and the want to succeed in a rapidly expanding business
  • Have a serious passion for customer service, attention to detail, high standard project delivery and an insight into working with or for Executive level stake holders.
  • Be super approachable and friendly (just like us!)
  • You need to be a self-starter, able to manage your own time and your desk
  • Forward thinking and exceptionally organized
  • Intuitive and responsive, proactive in your account communication manner
  • Be able to handle and manage a large existing database as well as high volume in coming inquiries and applications
  • Comfortable at leading established accounts, working with clients to support their needs
  • Ability to actively negotiate contracts and develop recruitment solutions to match client needs
  • Work at pass and to a high standard on unique and varied projects

  • Uncapped commission, based on personal targets (expected earnings between 2 to 3x your base salary.. this continues to grow with each year you spend with the company)
  • Additional Group commission per month based on company targets
