Job Title: Cluster General Manager

Location: South Holland

Salary: €80.000 - €85.000 per year + 20 % bonus

Immediate Start

I am working with my client on a very exciting Cluster General Manager role in the entertainment industry.

They have multiple locations in Europe and not one day is ever or will be boring!

What you bring:

Experience as a General Manager who is familiar in the Hospitality, Entertainment Industry or in a similar role
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Possesses strong leadership, is motivational and has great people skills
Acute financial management skills
Degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or similar is a plus
Needs to speak Dutch, English
Talent to empower the team and promote diversity
Hands on mentality
Previous experience in a fast paced environment necessary
Amazing personality
2+ years in the Entertainment, Hospitality industry

Responsibilities:

Coaching employees and assisting in their further development
Leading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphere is instilled
Familiar with marketing, revenue, sales, retail departments
Ability to present and influence key stakeholders
Good at setting up KPI´s and action plans to reach them
Participating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating your strong service philosophy
Calculating budgets and implementing strategic planning
Implement policies and protocols that will can be adhered to by all departments
