Reporting To: Director of Operations
Our client is seeking a passionate Assistant General Manager committed to achieving positive change and delivering five-star hospitality.
The Role: You will oversee Restaurant, Bars, Lounges, and Event teams to meet sales, cost, and service targets while maintaining and delivering the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and SOPs with culinary and beverage leaders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest enquiries efficiently.
- Build rapport with members and recognise repeat guests.
- Maximise sales, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Lead and develop the team, promoting a professional and supportive culture.
- Stay updated with industry trends and explore new partnership opportunities.
Who will you be:
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural leadership.
- Solutions-oriented and committed to the company’s vision.
- Guest obsessed – you will enjoy being hands on, leading from the front and interacting with your guest.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years as an AGM in a Private Members Club environment.
- Experienced in training and team development.
- Knowledge of Micros, SevenRooms, STO, and HARRI is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and guest service skills.
