Job Title: Head Pastry Chef
Location: Bahrain
Package: up to 3,000 BHD per month, plus benefits (visa self & spouse, medical etc).
I'm currently supporting an amazing hospitality group, in Bahrain, with their search for a Head Pastry Chef.
The group have a number of incredible concepts under their banner, and have been able to organically expand across the Kingdom. That being said, they are now actively looking to bring on-board an experienced Pastry Chef, to oversee the creation of beautiful, high-end pastries, desserts, cakes, & retail items for one of their most well known venues & concepts.
What you'll need:
- Talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef with experience in bespoke Patisseries / luxury 5* hotels or premium retail outlets
- Using the finest ingredients, must be able to create beautiful pieces
- Up-to-date with current trends but also able to recreate the traditional favourites
- Able to design and cost pastry & dessert menus and items
- A real mentor to his / her team and with a passion to train a large & diverse teams
