Accounts Payable

  • Sector: Hospitality
  • Location: Office based role - SW6
  • Salary: up to £30,000

Responsibilities

  • Process Invoices, based on the Purchase orders;
  • Verify the cost allocations based on the department budgets;
  • Ensure the correct approval process has been followed;
  • Reconcile statements;
  • Make weekly and monthly payments;
  • Prepare data for accrual and prepayments;
  • Ad hoc admin tasks;

Candidate Profile

  • Previous AP experience in the hospitality sector
  • Exchequer - Accounting Software (ideal)
  • DocuWare or other Purchase Order authorization process and electronic filling;
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge;
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills;
  • Exposed to systems change and different work styles;
