Our client is start-up tech company that is expanding rapidly across the UK and US! Due to this expansion, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to continue this growth and drive sales across the business.
Their products are used by various beauty brands as a way of driving product sampling campaigns online and reaching new customers over social media.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced salesperson who is interested in working in a creative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, where you will learn about cutting edge technology products and digital media.
- Selling tech platform to major brands and digital agencies
- The role is primarily new business focused
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline for new business opportunities
- Book, manage and deliver your own meetings
- Demonstrate and sell core products
- Forecasting to management
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Attend networking events to prospect new leads
- Undergraduate degree required
- Ability to meet weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets
- Ability to engage potential clients in person or over the phone
- Experience in hunting for new business
- Strong organisation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand complex issues, systems, processes and environments
- Experience in managing relationships with influential media agencies and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic attitude
- Intermediate level Microsoft office
- Interest in beauty and food and beverage industries is an asset
