Assistant General Manager, Lifestyle Hotel in London
Location: London
Salary: Negotiable
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting with the planning and managing of the operations of this lifestyle hotel to achieve customer satisfaction and high-quality service whilst meeting and exceeding financial goal during an exciting time for the hotel.
The AGM will also be responsible for planning, organising, directing and coordinating management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
Expectations:
- Current experience in a lifestyle Hotel
- Extensive Hotel operations experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
- Be passionate about the operation with a hands-on attitude
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
