Member Development Manager – Wholesale Services Business – FMCG - £50K + Benefits
Role: Member Development Manager
Location: Remote (Northern Engalnd)
Salary: £45-50K + Benefits
My client is a market leading wholesale services business. They have an unrivalled spending ability and a diverse group of members, made up of on-trade, foodservice, retail, and specialist wholesalers, making them genuine industry experts.
They are looking to appoint a Member Development Manager to join their team. The successful Member Development Manager will be responsible for working closely with group members with queries and providing advice on the best way to achieve maximum results from their membership. This role will also include training group members, assisting with group strategy and building strong relationships with group members.

The Ideal Member Development Manager Candidate:
- Have a proven track record working within Wholesale, Foodservice, Convenience or FMCG markets.
- A Solid understanding of C&C Wholesale, Delivered Wholesale and Convenience Retail channels is essential.
- Have strong multi-category knowledge with thorough understanding of the Wholesale sector and trading regulations.
- Strong people skills with ability to build rapport.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and ambitious.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully work to and within deadlines.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
