Training Manager- Hospitality




My client is an amazing, new and growing restaurant brand with an incredible ethos! This is a brand new role for them, they’re looking for someone hands on that can bring loads of experience and enthusiasm to the job!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Training programme including writing, developing and designing content for all staff
  • Create, recommend and implement training programs and modules
  • Work with management to understand individual targets and needs and ways to help them achieve this
  • Develop an effective learning and development programme
  • Report to senior management on ROI for training

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within training as well as being on the floor
  • Experience within the restaurant environment
  • Essential Training and Development related qualification functional and operational experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email. Numerically and grammatically accurate
  • Creation of training interventions Coaching, mentoring, facilitation and training skills Presentation design skills
  • Previous experience of managing and delivering training
