Job Title: General Manager – Lifestyle Hotel - London

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus

Location: London

I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this new lifestyle hospitality group. As General Manager you will oversee the operations of their lifestyle aparthotel. We are looking for a great leader who has experience with new openings and projects and is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Bring the brand to life
• Team up with the Head of Product
• Build and recruit a new team
• Ensure a positive working environment
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Support the HoDs with the day-to-day running of the operations
• Lead from the front and be willing to get stuck in
• New opening

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• New opening experience
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
• Be creative
• Have F&B experience
• Must come from “Lifestyle” background
