General Manager - Exciting new opening!

$100,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
I have teamed up with one of the UK’s top entertainment and food hospitality groups. They are bringing this fun and interactive way of dining to a new location in Dallas, Texas. I am looking for an experienced General Manager to take on this exciting new project! You will be required to take a lead in building a new team of eager hospitality professionals and bring great ideas and experience to the table!
Key Requirements;
- New Restaurant opening experience required
- Proven tenure throughout your career
- Multi- unit experience is a plus
- Passion for food and customer service
- Excellent business acumen
- Motivator of staff and hands-on in training and leadership style
- Financially astute
- IT literate
- Excellent at building rapport with clients
- Looking for bags of personality and charisma
