Salary- £32-36,000 depending on experience
4-Day week 3 days off- 8 shifts
Our client is seeking a high quality pastry chef to run the section for their Michelin restaurant serving Modern British Cuisine based in Surrey
You will be currently at minimum pastry Junior sous chef level and have experience within Michelin starred restaurants producing everything in house and you will be running the section alone and with help from the team when required
Serving 45 covers in a leading kitchen that is very well equipped
Your own transport is advisable given the location of the restaurant
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position
