An exciting brand who are expanding their digital proposition and ecosystem, and ambitions to define a world-leading digital experience, this role is the perfect opportunity for a strong digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

We are recruiting for an experienced digital CRM marketer to join a Marketing team and define and execute the next phase digital acquisition & retention marketing strategy.

The role is results-driven, with clear targets around weekly eCommerce sales, subscription & database growth and ROI of paid media investment all directly tied to the overall company financial model.

The ideal candidate would have experience in the ‘accessible luxury’ market, with a strong understanding of the food & beverage market as well as direct to consumer eCommerce and subscription sales.

You will have:

  • 5-7+ years of experience; ideally at least 2 years within food & beverage and 1-2 years with an ‘accessible luxury’ brand.
  • Experience directly managing £200k+ of marketing budget with proven ROI.
  • Strong analytical knowledge, with experience in tracking the ROI of digital marketing investment and creating and maintaining comprehensive results dashboards.
