At COREcruitment we don't believe in waiting for things to happen – we like to make them happen! To that end we have intentionally created a highly proactive recruitment process.

We work diligently and professionally to find key roles for our candidates and this doesn't happen by accident. We don't believe in waiting for the right role to come along, we actively scan our client base of businesses across multiple sectors, looking to match candidates with employers in order to fulfil the candidate's long term career goals.


At executive level, this approach is highly targeted and our team of consultants work hard to match the skill set and aspirations of the candidate to an appropriate role.

At other levels of support function we utilise our monthly e-marketing and social media campaigns, which are broadcast to over 140,000 client contacts internationally.

We actively profile the top percentile of our database to these clients – quite often for senior leadership roles. As a result of this proactive approach, suitable applicants are frequently identified for key opportunities months before those roles are advertised live on the market – often even before the job specification has been finalised, allowing for some tailoring of the role to the person.
