Amazon: Delivery Service Partner

We have partnered with Amazon to help with their DSP 2.0 program. We know that the pandemic has affected everyone in someway or another, this could be a great opportunity if you have the right leadership qualities, want to run your own business and have access to funds.

Amazon DSP Opportunity 

This opportunity would be a good fit for those who are looking to run a full-time business, have experience coaching teams, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Running a package delivery business is hard work and a hands-on operation. 

Responsibilities:

DSP owners are responsible for selecting, training, developing, and retaining a team of up to 100 high-performing, hardworking drivers, operating with 20-40 vans. We are looking for candidates who love building and growing a team, have the grit and leadership required to roll up their sleeves to get work done, enjoy operating as a part of a larger community, and have a can-do attitude that inspires their team to handle labour-intensive delivery work..

As a Delivery Service Partner, you will be required to:

  • Set up your business – You can leverage a suite of Amazon-negotiated deals to start your business, and work with our network of top-in-class service providers to keep your operation rolling.
  • Recruit your drivers - selecting and retaining the best drivers will enable your ongoing success.
  • Deliver parcels - managing between 20 to 40 vans per day – delivering to the masses!
  • Create your culture - You will engage, develop, and motivate the drivers to exceed expectations on every delivery.
  • Grow your business - Deliver a great customer experience and get the opportunity to engage more drivers, deliver more parcels and increase your profits.

What do you need?

It is estimated that DSP owners can start their business with as little as £10,000, however you will need to prove access to £25,000 liquid assets to cover all additional expenses of getting your business up and running whilst maintaining your living expenses. This is essential at time of application and therefore we cannot move on candidates who don’t have access.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent commerciality and P&L accountability
  • Ability to develop a team
  • Strong work ethic and drive
  • Ambition to succeed
