I joined the COREcruitment team in November 2012 and successfully completed our in house training program.
With an early career in France, Canada and the UK in positions across Front of House and F&B Division within luxury boutique and international branded Hotel Operations, I have gained an excellent knowledge of the Industry. I oversee the Hospitality division for France and Europe (including : Hotels, Restaurants, Catering and Foodservice, Leisure and Tourism)
I most enjoy the great team I work with. Also, working with amazing clients and understanding different work cultures to tailor the type of candidates required.
I wanted to be a Pastry Chef. One of my Grandfathers was a baker and one of my Grandmothers always cooked amazing cakes and I just wanted to do the same.
When I am not with friends and family, I run, play and have fun with my little Jack Russell, a real ball of energy! I also love photography and often have my camera with me when I go somewhere.
