Krishnan has over 15 years market experience, focusing extensively in Europe, the Middle East and South America. Coupled with his operational background, he has also studied in Hospitality, Tourism and Facility Management in Spain and Holland, achieving a joint honours degree from one of Europe’s top business schools. Krishnan also achieved qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD), the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Development & Organisational Culture from a prominent London University.
Hollie began her career in Hotels and Licence trade operations before starting with CORE as a sector specialist. She now oversees all operational and specialist executive positions such as; Operations Director, Managing director, CEO, Non-Executives, HR Director, Analyst, Commercial Director, specialist sales roles. Often working with confidential search, helping businesses transition, restructure or grow by providing key individuals to support their teams. Hollie also specialises in working with Private equity and venture capital investors who are approaching investment within the sector.
Oliwia has been with COREcruitment for over 5 years, and as a Master in sustainable futures. She covers roles on a nationwide basis offering a wide range of Accounting, Finance & supply chain candidates. Oliwia has excellent attention to detail, often working with specialist skill set briefs and confidential searches. She takes a dual approach to candidate introductions, focusing both on skills set as well as a personal fit. Ensuring not only that the candidate will work well with a particular companies dynamic, but that the company in question offers an environment to match a candidate’s ambitions. This dual approach allows for a long term, successful placement.
Michelle is based in Cape Town, South Africa and covers recruitment in the Gulf Region, Asia and Africa – this covers Management roles, Senior Exec positions, Chef Recruitment and all support functions to include HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering etc.
Sara has always had a passion for the hospitality industry and had her first job at the age of 14 bussing tables at a local restaurant. Her recruitment career started with COREcruitment way back in 2007 when she first relocated to London, and fast-forward to 2015 she was given the opportunity to launch COREcruitment's North American division.
