This means that, not only is the process to find candidates quicker but also more intuitive. We can search for traits in a sector but also candidates with transferable traits.


As well as our existing database, we use a variety of websites and CV databases for advertising – depending on location and specialism. We use; Total Jobs, Indeed, Caterer, CV-Library, and Monster, to just name a few. We can also use our supplier rates to offer branded advertising packages as supplementary service.

Trade Shows

Recently, we have been exhibiting at industry specific trade shows. This has shown to be a brilliant opportunity to reinforce our brand awareness, meet new people and businesses but also to be on hand to offer advice to both clients and candidates.


Social media is increasingly used as a tool within employee branding and recruitment. We have built a variety of strong social channels to match this growing trend. Channels include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube which are used to engage the members of your potential talent pool. Open Days

An open day is a chance for clients to connect with potential candidates and share their culture and for candidates it offers the opportunity to learn about the company, interact with the working team and get real life insights. It has been a very successful method recruitment as you can organise back-to-back interviews and line up future meetings effectively.
