Sheila Ingram
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Sheila leads on all senior and executive positions across Real Estate, Facilities Management, Sustainability and Property industries, covering a wide range of sectors and functions, from construction, design and technical services to commercial and leadership. She listens and talks in equal measure to her clients and candidates, understanding their needs, goals, and aspirations. She works with integrity, honesty, and transparency, staying true to CORE's values and her own. She is passionate about people and the planet and is always happy to help and chat.
Krishnan Doyle
Managing Director
Krishnan has over 15 years market experience, focusing extensively in Europe, the Middle East and South America. Coupled with his operational background, he has also studied in Hospitality, Tourism and Facility Management in Spain and Holland, achieving a joint honours degree from one of Europe’s top business schools. Krishnan also achieved qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD), the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Development & Organisational Culture from a prominent London University.
Michelle Wells

Africa, Middle East & Asia
After spending many years working for Harvey Nichols in London and joining CORE in 2006, Michelle returned to South Africa in 2009 and started our International Division, specialising in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia regions. She recruits for from Management & Sous Chef level upwards to CEO/COO positions across all sectors of the service industry, including all support roles: HR, finance, sales & marketing, engineering, project management, construction, design, architecture. For her, the most rewarding thing about working in recruitment really is about being able to make a difference in people lives, especially when relocation is involved – it is life changing for them and we have the honour of being part of their journey.
Sharlene King
Head of Operations,
North America
Her professional journey started in London, where she initially was part of the administration team. As she got more interested in progressing, she transitioned to become a consultant, overseeing all Head Office recruitment operations within the hospitality industry. In the course of a few years, she made a pivotal decision to join our North American division. What was originally intended as a one-year stint in Canada has since into her forever home. Sharlene now heads up our North American hub, covering all Head Office, Executive and C-suite positions, including roles within Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and more.
Irene Garcia Bedoya

Europe
After finishing her bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Irene moved around the world working in hospitality until she found her home in Amsterdam. After a few years working in different industries, she joined CORE to come back to the sector she loves most, the service industry. Irene heads our European division in Amsterdam and looks after all mid-management and senior positions all the way up to executive positions from the four corners of the continent for hotels, restaurants, FMCG, events, venues, visitor attractions, quick service restaurants and facilities management operations.
