Dylan Raleigh

I’ve been passionate about hospitality since I was 15, when I first started working in my aunties’ café. 

rom there, I moved on to a local golf club and eventually to Dublin, where I worked my way up to Assistant General Manager of a flagship bar and restaurant. 

In 2020, I transitioned into hospitality recruitment in Ireland before making the move to Vancouver, where I broadened my experience by recruiting for industrial and office roles. 

Now, I’m excited to be helping people find their perfect role in the bars & restaurants sectors and supporting them on their career journey across the North American west coast.
