After 6 years working in operations within hospitality and 6 years within the wine trade I found that my passion was recruiting and training the best teams. Understanding talent and how to get the best out of them was my goal.

I joined the CORE family as a consultant and specialise in hotels, residential properties and luxury care across the UK and Ireland.

What do you enjoy most?

Travelling around Tuscany eating cheese and drinking wine.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

I spent a lot of my childhood in Spain on holiday, so I always dreamed of owning a bar on the beach

What do you do when you're not at work?

Walking through London with my dog searching for the best pubs
