Ilze’s professional perspective is rooted in real-world experience. A natural adventurer, she spent eight years in the Mediterranean as a Chief Stewardess and recruitment consultant aboard luxury motor yachts. Upon returning to Africa, she further refined her operational skills managing remote lodges and guest farms.

By merging her deep understanding of the African landscape with her background in high-end service, Ilze effortlessly navigates the complex recruitment needs of the industry. What do you enjoy most?

I have a deep passion for being in nature, particularly in the breathtaking African bush. Nothing energizes me more than staying active through exhilarating adventures like trail running and hiking in the mountains. Moreover, I cherish the time spent with my loved ones, as their presence fills my life with immense joy and fulfillment!

What do you do when you are not at work?

I love diving into my studies in counselling, psychology, and spirituality. Photography is a passion of mine, and I can’t get enough of exciting wildlife safaris! I truly cherish spending quality time with the people I care about. Traveling is one of my favourite things—I enjoy exploring new cultures and trying out different cuisines along the way!
