I fell in love with restaurants working part-time while studying visual arts in Cape Town.

Then, I was lucky enough to take my passions for food and photography travelling around Europe for several years.

I started with CORE back in 2012 back in South Africa.

Originally, I was interviewing with my now Director, for a F&B role that I didn’t accept and ended up joining the CORE team instead and heading up Africa & specialising in GCC & Asian markets.

Fast forward almost a decade, I am back in from a family focused sabbatical and now supporting the lovely Michelle Wells.

What do you do when you're not at work?

Exploring the great outdoors, lots of wine estates and I like to finish the day up around a fire indoors or out!

What did you want to be when you were younger?

Photographer, vet, writer, mermaid – you name it!

What do you enjoy most?

Hospitality is such an exciting sector with so many career possibilities & amazing locations – I really enjoy bringing the right personalities & brands together.
