Leigh Payne

After spending around 10 years in the UK wine industry, I took some time out to travel and see more of the world. That experience gave me a fresh perspective and eventually led me to make the move to Vancouver.

 

Relocating gave me the chance to rethink what I wanted from my career, and that’s how I found my way into recruitment. I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people and helping them find what they’re looking for, so recruitment felt like a natural fit. 

 

Now, I get to support others in finding roles that really work for them

What do you enjoy most?

Exploring a new place, sat in front of the tv watching sports or having a few beers in a nice pub.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

World Cup winner and captain of England.

What do you do when you're not at work?

Anything outdoors, watching sport or trying to find a new favourite restaurant.
