My career so far has been mainly within the hospitality industry, working in sales and events roles across a variety of different venues in London. 

I have a huge passion for hospitality and love working with people which is why I chose to take the leap into recruitment. 

It’s really exciting to see and learn the industry from a different perspective and I look forward to my journey with Core.



Before starting at CORE my career had been predominantly in sales and events working in house at venues. 

I had always thought about moving into recruitment but was nervous about making a change in my career, now I wish I had done it sooner! 

I’ve always been passionate about hospitality and thrive of a sales environment so joining CORE felt like the perfect mix of both. 

Since starting in recruitment I have learnt so much more about a sector I already felt like I knew and love that I get to keep expanding my knowledge and getting out there meeting some amazing clients and candidates. 

I had never done recruitment before but knew my sales skills would be transferable and CORE provided a fantastic training programme getting to learn from lots of consultants within the company and the support from everyone has been incredible. 

It was really important to me to find a company with great culture which I’ve definitely found at CORE – and the uncapped commission and great benefits don’t hurt either 🙂
