I’m a people person at heart, and I’m passionate about helping individuals grow and succeed in their careers.

With a background in psychology, I’ve always been naturally curious about what drives people, which makes spotting great talent and matching them to the right opportunities something I genuinely enjoy. For me, recruitment is all about building meaningful relationships, understanding what both clients and candidates truly need, and creating the perfect match where everyone can thrive.

Working within the hospitality sector means no two days are the same – it’s fast-paced, dynamic, and full of incredible people and concepts (and of course, great food and drinks!).

What do you enjoy most?

Helping people. I genuinely enjoy putting my energy into anything that can make someone’s day a little easier or better.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

A professional horse rider. I still might circle back to this career later in life as there is no age limit!

What do you do when you're not at work?

Eat, drink and enjoy life as much as possible!
